  • Estimated transit time: typically 5โ€“10 business days via SmartShip Global, depending on destination and customs.
  • A tracking number will be emailed once your order ships.

๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ธ U.S. Customs & Import Duty Notice

Most orders shipped to the U.S. are processed with partial customs support by our carrier, which means customers normally wonโ€™t be charged additional import fees at delivery. However, duties or taxes may still apply depending on U.S. Customs regulations and total order value. HanStyle and our shipping partner always aim to minimize these costs and assist with customs clearance if needed.


๐ŸŒ International Customs & Taxes (Non-U.S.)

For destinations outside the U.S., local customs offices may apply import duties or taxes based on your countryโ€™s regulations, product type, and order value. Unless otherwise stated, these charges are not prepaid and remain the responsibility of the recipient. HanStyle works closely with SmartShip Global to reduce delays and simplify customs procedures, but all customs decisions are made by local authorities.

  • Liquid or gel products (such as drinkable sachets) and certain dietary supplements may face restrictions in some countries, especially in the EU and UK.
  • Products labeled with medical or therapeutic claims may be delayed or rejected by customs depending on local regulations.
  • If any product in your cart is restricted for your region, HanStyle will contact you to adjust or split the shipment.

All shipments include tracking via the SmartShip Global portal and, once in-country, your local carrierโ€™s website. If thereโ€™s no tracking update for more than 7 days, please email info@hanstylekorea.com with your order number, and our logistics team will review the issue promptly.

All orders are shipped from Incheon, South Korea through SmartShip Global (TracxLogis).
